Securities Industry Data Exchange (“SIDE”), together with Keystone Fund Solutions Inc. (“Keystone”), are pleased to announce the merger of our firms. The combined entities will continue to operate as Securities Industry Data Exchange and Keystone Fund Solutions Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of SIDE).
